Fequently Asked Questions

Q: What are the order process ?
A: 1) You pick up your favorite seats
2) You go through check-out process, including entering billing information. 
3) After purchase done, the receipt with E-Tickets bearing your name will appear INSTANTLY. (A confiration Email with E-Tickets will be sent to your email account.  )
4) Print your E-Ticket and bring to Event as proof at entrance

Q: How do I cancel my purchase ?
A: You may cancel your E-Tickets at any time by calling, An cancellation fee will apply (currently it is 20% of the original ticket value). You will receive an email confirming your cancellation and your credit card will be refunded in 24 business hours.
 
Q How can I got my tickets back if I lost them ?
A: Please contact us.

Q How do I order tickets for my friends ?
A: In the check-out process, give us a note saying "this tickets for your friends (including at least first name, last name of your friends). Forward those E-tickets to your friends. Your friends can bring those E-Tickets (bearing your name) to check in.

Q I want my seats close to my friends, how to do ?
A: When seat are purchased, those seats will be covered by a red-cross icon, if you put your mouse over this icon, you will be see a small tip telling you who purchased the seats. This way, you know where your friends are sitting.
