購票須知

1. 所有演唱會門票均不增收服務費。24個月以上兒童需憑票入場。
2. 如選擇郵寄服務,演唱會門票將郵寄到府(演唱會前7天購票者,恕不接受郵件寄票)
3. 購票時,請選擇郵寄方式:
   1) Priority Mailing Service: 美金10元,票數不限。我們會以Priority Mail寄出。
   2) Regular Mailing Service: 美金2元,票數限8張以下。 我們會以First Class Mail寄出。

注意:
1. 如果你的信用卡地址與郵寄地址不一樣的, 請在備註中注明你的郵寄地址。
2. 如果開演前7天仍未收到演唱會票,請致電 650-522-0045,或寫信到 info@bayareaticket.com 與主辦聯絡查詢,否則視做已經收到,現場不再辦理。
3. 請保管好已經購買的門票。任何損壞或遺失的票子我們都沒有辦法幫到您。

4. 如選擇Wall Call(現場取票)服務,請於演唱會當天(開場前2小時至開場後20分鐘)前往現場取票處(will call office)取票。現場取票時請務必攜帶與購買者相符之證件以茲證明。
5. 網路購票對於無法挑選座位的區域採取先買先得方式,由您挑選的門票價格中間賣起至兩旁。
6. 美國境外訂票者,恕不接受郵寄,請於演出當天至演唱會現場取票。
7. 請注意:網上購票交易成功後,不可以換票,退票。
8. 請遵守票務服務提供商 www.ticketmaster.comwww.sellingticket.com 的服務條款(細則請至他們的網站),並請遵守演出場地box office的規定。
9. 您在購買以後我們將不定期向您所登記的e-mail信箱中發送新的演唱會資訊。

Online Ticket Policy

1. There is no service charge to the online purchase of concert tickets. Child over 24 month needs a full price ticket.
2. If you choose mailing service, we will mail the ticket(s) to you (should purchase tickets 7 days before event).
3. Please select the mailing option when you buy tickets online:
   1) Priority Mailing Service: If you choose Priority Mailing ($10.00), we will mail the tickets to your registered address via US Postal Services Priority Mail, meantime the tracking number will be sent to your email address.
   2) Regular Mailing Service: If you choose Regular Mailing ($2.00), we will send your tickets by First-Class mail.

Note:
1. If your mailing address is different from your billing address, please write down your mailing address in the note box.
2. If you haven’t received your tickets 7 days before the concert, please call us immediately or e-mail to info@bayareaticket.com to check the status. We can’t deal with you on event day if you did not call in advance.
3. Put your tickets at a safe place. We can’t help you if the tickets are damaged or lost.

4. If you choose Will Call service, you should pick up your tickets from 2 hours before to 20 minutes after the concert beginning at the will call office by the concert venue entrance. Please make sure to bring your photo ID with name matching the ticket purchaser when you pick up the ticket.
5. General admission ticket price zone does not offer seat selection option. Seats will be assigned starting from center column toward side columns on first come, first service basis for online purchasers.
6. Ticket mailing service is not offered to purchasers with mailing address outside of Continental United Stated. Please use WILL CALL service.
7. Please be noted that there is no refund or seat exchange once the online purchase is completed.
8. Please observe the Terms and Conditions of the Ticketing Service Providers www.ticketmaster.com and www.sellingticket.com Detailed Terms of Service is available at their website. Ticket purchasers shall observe the rules set by the Box Office of the Venue too.
9. We will send concerts info to your email box.
